About

I created Cakes by Koren in my kitchen during lockdown, soon the demand for Wedding, Celebration and Novelty cakes grew beyond family and friends; I knew it was time to make cakes professionally. I have always been very creative and a great cook, so combining the two just seemed natural.

Since beginning this adventure, I have received a 5* hygiene rating from Brentwood Council. I’m enjoying this new chapter, and look forward to hopefully baking you a cake!
